 Colin Kwak 5/20/23 Today I got a sleep-in and went to Jake's to get some cereal and 2% milk. After that, I went to the gym and stretch for 30 and did a nice bike ride for an hour. Then after that, I went right over to the rink to shoot pucks for 2 hours. Then I went to lunch and ate some pasta and marinara sauce with chicken and cheesy garlic bread. Then after an hour I went to the gym and stretch for 30m and then had a little bit more energy so I did an arm farm. Then I went to take a shower and watch my show. After that, I went to dinner and had mac and cheese. I also had chicken and bread with some chocolate cake and water. Then I went to my room to go and change and went to the dance and then I went back to my room took a shower made some more food and then went to bed
Colin kwak 5/19/23 Today I woke up took a shower and had a bowl of oatmeal. Then walk over to the rink and skated while shooting pucks. Then I went to the dining hall to get some cereal and 2% milk. After that, I went into my room and took a nap on the couch. Then I went to lunch and made myself the sandwich that I always make. What is in the sandwich is ham, cheese, and pepperoni. I also had white rice with chicken and a cup of water. Then I went to the gym to hit my workout. Then I went to the gym to stretch for 30 m and started my workout at 9:30 today was more of a conditioning day. I would say today was a tough day. I started with a 4m jump rope and then when into a 1m plank and I did that twice. After that, I did 4m of band walks and a 1m plank twice. Then I went into 5m med ball slams to run twice. After that, I went into Russian twist 5m and did them twice. Lastly, I went on a 20 m bike ride for a cool down. Then I felt a little tight so I did a 30m stretch. I also went to the
Colin Kwak 5/18/23 Today I went to the rink early in the morning and ate oatmeal on the walk over. Then I shot pucks while also skating and listening to music. After that, I went to Jake's and got an omelet with orange juice. Then I went back to my dorm and ate my omelet and then took a shower. After the shower, I watch some hockey and then took a nap. When I woke up it was time for lunch and I went to lunch and had Ham and jack bagel with white rice and chicken. I also had a Caesar salad with pink lemonade. Then after that, I went back to the room to grab my gym stuff and headed over. Today I started my lift at 9:30 and started with an incline dumbbell bench press 5-8 and inverted rows. Then I moved on to dumbbells overhead press and did 3-8. Then I did band over head press to failure first was to 24 second was to 23 and three was to 23. Lastly, I ended the workout with 100 barbell curls. Then went back to my room to watch some more hockey and then went to dinner. I had some cold
 Colin Kwak 5/17/23 Today I woke up at 8:45 and walk to the Dinning hall I had cereal with milk. Then today I walked over to the gym and started with a 30 m stretch and then went into our workout for an hour and then stretch for 30 more minutes afterward. For the workout, I did a back day and started with cleans 5-5. After that, I went into deadlifts and did 5-8. Then I went into balancing and front lungs. 3 set for 8 reps. Then of course went into stretching. After that, I went to lunch and got Alfredo pasta and 3 pieces of chicken. Then I had a cup of water and some chive bread.  Then went back to Rulon to shower and change. I then hop onto the lacrosse bus and went to Kua. I ended up taking a nap on the bus there and back. We lost and we got back in time for dinner and it was okay. I had chicken scampi with fettuccini and potatoes. I then had ice cream and a cup of water. Then after that, I went into my room and waited for someone to grill me a double cheeseburger. As I am writing t
 5/16/23 Today I woke up at 7:45 and went to the rink at 8:00. After I finish my job I grab my hockey stick and gloves I shot and skated around for an hour and a half. Then after my job and shooting I went to the Dining Hall to get lunch. For lunch today I had the sandwich that I make every day. It's a ham, cheese, and pepperoni sandwich. I also had three pieces of everything seasoning bread and then a glass of water and a cookie to top it off. After that, I went to the gym and started stretching for 30m and then went into the workout. Then I started my upper body workout with bench 5 set-6 reps. I then went to overhead dumbbells 3-8 And then dumbbell rows 3-8. After that, I went into lat bands and pushups 3-16. Then to finish it up I stretched until and bike for another 30m. Then I went to lacrosse practice and today there were no bugs during practice. At practice, I played with a puppy all day. After practice, I went to dinner and ate some pork and some pasta.  Week 1 reflection This week I was very sore because I haven't workout like that since the fall. I would say that Friday is the hardest day to work out because I have already gone through 4 workouts and 4 times shooting pucks and skating. My forearms are tired but are definitely stronger from all the shooting I have been doing. I can feel my lungs expanding with all of the running, skating, and bike rides I have been doing. This week went really well and I can feel myself getting stronger. I feel like next week is going to be easier after already doing a week but I am definitely going up in weight because of how strong I am getting.     For the next week and a half, I will be going up in weights and shooting more pucks. The reason why is that I will now have more time  since lacrosse is over and my muscles have been growing. I am still doing the same plan as last week but now I am adding more weight and dropping some reps. The cardio and shooting will be the same maybe even a littl
 Colin Kwak 5/15/23 Today I woke up and grab some cereal at the dining hall then I went to the rink and had some fun from 9-11. After that, I went back to my room and then went to the Dining hall and made y sandwich that I always make because lunch wasn't good. After that talk with Kelly about a plan and then stretch and bike for 40. Then I went back to the room and shower. After that, I went to lacrosse practice and had fun. Then I skip dinner and went to the gym. I did clean 5-5 and then front squats 5-8. Then I moved on to hinges and sit-ups and reverse sit-ups. Then I went to the Dining hall and got some ice cream. I started to walk back to the dorm and the grill was on and I had three burgers. Now I went inside and took a shower and then started to watch a movie. After that, I had a pop tart and a sprit and then watch a hockey game and then went to sleep.
 Colin kwak 5/13/23 Today I woke up and went to Jake's at 8:30. I got a breakfast bomb and water to drink. After I got everything I went to the gym at 9 and stretch for 30 and did a nice bike ride for 30. Then after that, I went right over to the rink to shoot pucks and skate around for 2 hours. Then after having all of that fun, I went to lunch and had the same sandwich that I always make every day. Then I went to lacrosse practice and had so much fun. After that, I watch the girl's game with my friends and then went to my room and took a nap. Then I went to dinner and ate some yummy pie and rice. After that, I had some ice cream and then watch a movie. After the movie, I went to go and eat a cheeseburger and then went to bed.
 Colin Kwak 5/12/23 Today I woke up at 8:30 and went to the Dining Hall. I had some scrambled eggs with a bagel. I also had some cereal with 2% milk and some water. Then I went to the gym to stretch for 30 m and started my workout at 9:30 today was more of a conditioning day. I would say today is the hardest day of the week. I started with a 4m jump rope and then when into a 1m plank and I did that twice. After that, I did 4m of band walks and a 1m plank twice. Then I went into 5m med ball slams to run twice. After that, I went into Russian twist 5m and did them twice. Lastly, I went on a 20 m bike ride for a cool down. Then I felt a little tight so I did a 30m stretch. Then I took a quick nap and then went to lunch. After lunch, I went to go and shoot pucks for two hours. After I shot pucks I went to lax and then went to dinner after that and had ice cream. Then I went back to my room and was still hungry so I went to get a burger from the grill. Then I went to bed.
 Colin kwak 5/11/23 Today I woke up and went to Jake's. I got a breakfast bomb and a nice apple juice with my friends. After that we got started to walk over to the gym and eat are bombs. When we got to the gym we had 30 m of stretching and then we started our life. I started my lift at 9:30 and started with an incline dumbbell bench press 5-8 and inverted rows. Then I moved on to dumbbells overhead press and did 3-8. Then I did band over head press to failure first was to 22 second was to 21 and three was to 22. Lastly, I ended the workout with 100 barbell curls. After that, I took a shower and then went to lunch and made myself the same sandwich that I always make and it's a ham, cheese, and pepperoni sandwich. I also had a side of rice and chicken with a glass of water. Then I finish lunch with a nice chocolate chip cookie. After that, I shoot pucks and roller skated for an hour and then left to go to practice. After practice, I went to dinner and ate chicken with white rice
 Colin Kwak 5/10/23 Today I woke up at 8:30 and grab a bagel at the Dinning hall with I side of cereal. Then today I was pretty sore so we did a 30 m stretch and then went into our workout for an hour and then stretch for 30 more minutes afterward. For the workout, I did a back day and started with cleans 5-5. After that, I went into deadlifts and did 5-8. Then I went into balancing and front lungs. 3 set for 8 reps. Then of course went into stretching. After that, I went to lunch and made my sandwich with cheese, pepperoni, and ham. I also had four pieces of the bread of the day which was everything bagel bread. Then went back to Rulon to shower and change. I then hop onto the lacrosse bus and went to Titlon. I ended up taking a nap on the bus there and back. We won and we got back in time for dinner and it was okay. I had two boiled hot dogs with ketchup and water. I then we still hungry and at two cheesecakes and two scopes of mint chocolate ice cream.  Colin Kwak 5/9/23 Today I woke up at 7:45 and went to breakfast at 8:00 I got 2 bowls of Cheerios and had it with whole milk. Once I was done I went to Jake's to get a breakfast bomb and went to the gym at 9 to stretch. At 9:30 I started my workout I did cleans 5set-6reps after that I went into front squats. I did 5 sets-8 of reps. The next lift that I did was rows and sit-ups with reverse sit-ups. I did 3-8 rows and 3-10 situps. After all that I ended the day with a little cardio game on the rowing machine for 1000m. Then I went to lunch at 12:00 and got five pieces of teriyaki chicken and two bowls of white rice with a nice glass of water. After that, I went into a food coma and took a quick nap. When I woke up I went to the rink and put on Fick's rollerblades and grab my gloves and stick and skated for an hour and shoot pucks for 30m. I had some time left so I rode around on the Rulon bike for 10m. Then I went to lacrosse practice and today was a challenge swatting all of t

Then I went to the gym at 9 and stretched and rolled out until 9:30. After that I started my upper body workout with bench 5 set-6 reps. I then went to overhead dumbbells 3-8 And then dumbbell rows 3-8. After that, I went into lat bands and pushups 3-16. Then to finish it up I stretched until 11:00. I went to lunch at 12-1 and ate a sandwich with cheese pepperoni and ham. Then I went to go and shoot pucks at 2-3.
