Colin Kwak 5/8/23

Today I woke up at 7:30 and went to breakfast at 8-9. I had eggs, potatoes, three French toast sticks, a bagel with butter, and yogurt with granola. Then I went to the gym at 9 and stretched and rolled out until 9:30. After that I started my upper body workout with bench 5 set-6 reps. I then went to overhead dumbbells 3-8 And then dumbbell rows 3-8. After that, I went into lat bands and pushups 3-16. Then to finish it up I stretched until 11:00. I went to lunch at 12-1 and ate a sandwich with cheese pepperoni and ham. Then I went to go and shoot pucks at 2-3.
