Today I woke up and went to Jake's. I got a breakfast bomb and a nice apple juice with my friends. After that we got started to walk over to the gym and eat are bombs. When we got to the gym we had 30 m of stretching and then we started our life. I started my lift at 9:30 and started with an incline dumbbell bench press 5-8 and inverted rows. Then I moved on to dumbbells overhead press and did 3-8. Then I did band over head press to failure first was to 22 second was to 21 and three was to 22. Lastly, I ended the workout with 100 barbell curls. After that, I took a shower and then went to lunch and made myself the same sandwich that I always make and it's a ham, cheese, and pepperoni sandwich. I also had a side of rice and chicken with a glass of water. Then I finish lunch with a nice chocolate chip cookie. After that, I shoot pucks and roller skated for an hour and then left to go to practice. After practice, I went to dinner and ate chicken with white rice. Then I ate dirt and had three scoops of coconut ice cream. After that, I went to my room and watch hockey. Then at 9:30 I went on my dorm trip to don's and got chicken nuggets a bugger and fry with I nice ice cream.
