Today I woke up at 7:45 and went to breakfast at 8:00 I got 2 bowls of Cheerios and had it with whole milk. Once I was done I went to Jake's to get a breakfast bomb and went to the gym at 9 to stretch. At 9:30 I started my workout I did cleans 5set-6reps after that I went into front squats. I did 5 sets-8 of reps. The next lift that I did was rows and sit-ups with reverse sit-ups. I did 3-8 rows and 3-10 situps. After all that I ended the day with a little cardio game on the rowing machine for 1000m. Then I went to lunch at 12:00 and got five pieces of teriyaki chicken and two bowls of white rice with a nice glass of water. After that, I went into a food coma and took a quick nap. When I woke up I went to the rink and put on Fick's rollerblades and grab my gloves and stick and skated for an hour and shoot pucks for 30m. I had some time left so I rode around on the Rulon bike for 10m. Then I went to lacrosse practice and today was a challenge swatting all of the bugs away but I got past it and when to dinner right of practice. I was the first one in the dinner line and they had two types of sandwich's you were allowed to grab two each I ended up having six and had it with some more water. After all of that delicious food, I ate a big bowl of vanilla ice cream with whip cream and sprinkles. Then I went to go back to my room and hang outside with everyone and then went to Jake's at 7:20 to get a core power and a Gatorade. for the last thing I went to bed, I got a nice big double-decker cheeseburger from the Rulon grill.
